I love these paintings by Chinese artist Tzu-chi Yeh, they remind me of the upper reaches Fowey estuary where I grew up, they're a bit 'Heart of Darkness' too..........
I think its the perpetual stygian mist that surrounds them that makes them so cornish! (reminds me of a post you did about cornwall once that was very foggy)
Yes, they do look curiously Cornish - though the second one reminds me of a head of broccoli
