Temples of Dune






Really loving these photos by Christoph Morlinghaus. He's managed to make these modern churches look like sets from a 1970's noir sci-fi film.

    Awesome architecture - and curiously creative post-modernist arches - beats those stark City office blocks any day.

    susan - I thought maybe you would find these pics too stark and cold!

    and Gaw - isn't that to the eternal infuration of architects?! That silly irregularly shaped humans are always coming along and messing up the nice clean lines of their meisterworks...

    Yeah the last shot certainly does not look earthly. I;ve been to the lotus temple and that's pretty incredible

    I would love to see the lotus temple, pixelhazard - but is the interior as spectacular as the exterior?
